Description / Scope of Work

The Cantonment Board Malir, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites sealed bids for the supply of sweet soil and flowers at Fatima Jinnah Park located in Malir Cantonment, Sindh. The tender covers a comprehensive range of landscaping materials and ornamental plants including 2500 cubic feet of sweet soil, 800 cubic feet of khaad, fertilisers, and over 40 varieties of flowering plants and decorative foliage such as Queen Palm, Malyasia Palm, Foxtail Palm, Uforvia, Marginita, Kehwara, Raseelya, Rohailiya, Baksis, Merry Gold, Gulab, Sunsaweria, Laltena, Nantra, Aerieseen, Golden Ficus, Black Ficus, Paran, English Daisy, Phonex Palm, Song of India, Spara Grass, Black Lilly, Lemon Grass, Ticoma, Tasbeeh Baill, Dry Sina, and Tube Rose. The project aims to enhance the landscaping and horticultural features of this prominent park facility in Malir.

Eligible suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers and any interested parties may participate in this procurement. Bidders must pay a tender form cost of Rs. 1000 with receipt, and provide bid security equivalent to five percent of the total bid price in millions of rupees. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and levies.
