Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Conservator of Forests Kasur at Changa Manga invites bids for the supply of horticulture materials comprising 400,000 grow bags (size 12 inches, thickness 0.3 mm) valued at 24.400 million rupees and 390,000 cubic feet of silt valued at 15.6 million rupees. This is a procurement tender for forestry and nursery development works to be completed within two months from the date of contract award. The total estimated project value exceeds 40 million rupees. Bids are invited on an item or package-wise basis from registered firms and companies engaged in trading and based in Punjab province.
Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments with active status. Bid security is required at 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of a CDR (Certified Deposit Receipt), with an additional 2 percent of estimated cost to be submitted in original form with hardcopy documents. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. No telephonic, conditional, or unamended tenders will be entertained. Firms must be registered on the E-Procurement website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) before submission.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Online bids must be uploaded by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Original CDRs must be submitted at the Deputy Conservator's office in Kasur before closing time. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per policy.
