Supply and Fixing of RO System for Dialysis Machines by Military Lands & Cantonments Department

The Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Malir invites sealed bids for the supply and fixing of a complete Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for dialysis machines at CB Health Centre, Malir Cantt in Sindh province. The procurement includes one set of RO system comprising a main RO unit of 1 GPM capacity with membrane size 40 inches 4040 hospital grade, membrane casing SS 316 L, prefiltration unit, water softener, multi sediment filter, KPF activated carbon filter, and repressurize pump. All rates quoted must be inclusive of taxes and submitted through the PPRA website advertisement portal. Eligible bidders include suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers and authorized dealers with requisite experience and credentials in water treatment and dialysis equipment systems.

Bidders must possess valid business registration and tax clearance certificates as required by procurement regulations. A bid security deposit equal to five percent of the total quoted bid price in millions of Pakistani rupees is mandatory and must be submitted with the tender documents. Interested firms should carefully review all terms and conditions outlined in the invitation to bid and instructions to bidders before preparing their proposals. The tender cost of Rs 1000 must be paid and receipt retained as proof of participation.
