External Auditors for Statutory Audit by Daanish University Trust

Daanish University Trust invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from eligible firms of Chartered Accountants for appointment as External Auditors to conduct the Statutory Audit of the Trust's annual financial statements for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2026. The Trust is an irrevocable charitable trust constituted by the Federal Government of Pakistan and is responsible for the establishment, administration and maintenance of Daanish University of Emerging Technologies, Islamabad, and other academic institutions. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

Eligible bidders must be firms of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Interested firms should refer to the Terms of Reference in Section VI for detailed scope of services and to the Proposal Data Sheet in Section III for specific eligibility requirements and technical evaluation criteria. Proposals must comply with all submission requirements outlined in the Instructions to Consultants provided in Section II of this RFP document.

Bid documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk, the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk, and the official website of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Room 227, 2nd Floor, Block-D, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Written queries must be submitted by 20 July 2026 via EPADS or email. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 27 July 2026 at 02:00 p.m., with Technical Proposals opening at 02:30 p.m. the same day.
