Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (Maintenance and Project) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a submersible pump for rainwater drainage at the PNSC Building located on M.T Khan Road in Karachi, Sindh. This is a national-level procurement of goods conducted under the Financial Year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this project. The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform and are required to submit sealed bids with appropriate bid security documentation.
All eligible bidders meeting the procurement authority's requirements may participate in this competition. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or by submission of a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The tender documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements for the submersible pump to be supplied.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM.
