Multiple Procurement Tenders for Refrigeration, Pump Spares, Boiler Parts and Construction Materials by Pakistan Petroleum Limited

Pakistan Petroleum Limited invites sealed bids for supply of miscellaneous refrigeration and instrumentation items, spares for pumps including diaphragms, couplings, shims and o-rings, boiler spares such as glass level gauges, positioner valves and protective shields, sand, crushed stones and deformed steel bars, corrugated sheets, c-channels, beams and general consumables, welding equipment and consumables, antirust cleaners, sealing compounds, c-channels and round bars, empty metallic drums, cathodic protection materials for Well Sui-56, and fire extinguishers, hoses and AFF foam nozzles. Additionally, design, fabrication, erection and construction services are sought for a pre-engineered warehouse steel structure shed and civil works for pipeline protection at PPL Dhok Sultan OHF Plant Facility in Attock district, Sindh province. ISO 22301 certification and surveillance services are also required. The total scope encompasses maintenance, operations and procurement activities across PPL facilities in Sindh.

Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid business licenses and tax registrations. Bid security and performance guarantees as specified in tender documents are mandatory. All bids must comply with PPL's procurement policies and technical specifications outlined in the detailed tender documents. Prospective bidders are required to meet qualification criteria including financial stability, technical competence and relevant experience in similar supply or construction projects.

Bids must be submitted electronically before 1500 hours on 31 July 2026 (30 July 2026 for the warehouse construction tender). All bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing date.
