Civil Works, Erection & Commissioning of 220/132kV and 500kV Grid Stations by NGC

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCPL) invites sealed bids for civil works, erection, testing and commissioning under two lots for grid station extension projects funded through NGC own resources. Lot-I covers civil works, erection, testing and commissioning for the addition of two 220kV line bays at the 220/132kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station in Punjab. Lot-II covers similar civil works, erection, testing and commissioning for the addition of two 220kV line bays at the 500kV Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station. Both projects involve construction, installation of electrical equipment, testing and commissioning activities at these critical transmission infrastructure facilities. The tender reference is NOR-138W2-2026 and bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for this classification of works. Bids will be evaluated using the Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure as per PEC guidelines. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively. All legal, technical and financial eligibility requirements must be met as specified in the bid data sheet and instructions to bidders.
