Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is inviting tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures and sole proprietors for the award of a currency exchange booth concession at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP) in Karachi, Sindh. The concession involves establishing, operating and maintaining a currency exchange booth at the airport with a reserve price of Rs 3,200,000 per month. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational aspects within the designated booth located at Level II of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi, with a license period of five years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies, firms, joint ventures or sole proprietors in accordance with PAA's standard terms and conditions. The tender is being conducted on a single-stage, two-envelope basis with technical and financial offers evaluated together. Bid security of Rs 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees only) is required. Interested parties must obtain tender documents from the Commercial Office of the Airport, located at Room No 3016-17, Level III, JTC Building, JIAP Karachi. The tender fee is non-refundable. Last date for purchase of tender documents is 10-08-2026. Bids must be submitted by 11-08-2026 at 1100 hrs in the Main Conference Room (Room No 6035) at Level VI, Terminal Building, JIAP Karachi.
