Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Capital Territory Police intends to procure uniform items in both stitched and unstitched formats during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted by the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics) in Islamabad under Tender Notice No. 06. The tender process will be executed through sealed electronic bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) Version 2.0 of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All interested firms and companies holding valid and active NTN and Sales Tax Registration Numbers are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process for the supply of prescribed uniform items required by the police department.
Eligible bidders must be regular in paying Sales Tax and Income Tax, with their names included in the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Participating firms are required to submit certified copies of their NTN registration, General Sales Tax Registration, National Tax Number, and bank account details. Vendor number AGPR should be clearly mentioned if the bidder is registered in Islamabad. Bidders must provide a Bid Security equivalent to the prescribed value mentioned in the bidding documents, which can be submitted as a Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee of Demand Draft. The tender will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method incorporating Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with PPRA Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant guidelines issued by PPRA.
All electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and essential requirements are available on the e-PADS Version 2.0 portal. Registration on e-PADS 2.0 is mandatory for all interested bidders. Electronic bids prepared as per the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through e-PADS Version 2.0 only, with the submission deadline at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM through e-PADS, and manually submitted bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of required items based on operational requirements.
