The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply of CPSP monogram cufflinks, tie pins, and gift boxes to be delivered at the CPSP Head Quarter in Karachi, Sindh. This is a re-tender notice following an earlier advertisement published in Daily Jang and Dawn newspapers on 16–17 June 2026, with the submission deadline now further extended. The procurement encompasses the design and supply of branded institutional merchandise items required for official use and gifting purposes by the organization.
Interested parties must be registered as reputable suppliers and manufacturers capable of delivering quality institutional merchandise. Sealed bids are required from eligible companies. Tender documents are available for purchase at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2,500 from the CPSP offices listed below. No specific licensing requirement is explicitly stated, though bidders should demonstrate capability in quality merchandise production and supply.
Tender documents may be obtained from three CPSP locations: the Purchase Department at CPSP Headquarters on 7th Central Street, Phase-II, D.H.A., Karachi (phone 021-99266400-10, extension 237 and 330); the Operation Department at INMOL Hospital, Block-D, New Muslim Town, Lahore (phone 042-99231320-8); and the Operation Department at the Regional Centre, Sector G-8/3, Ravi Road, Islamabad (phone 051-2262590-1). Two separate sealed bids marked as Technical and Financial must be submitted to the Secretary CPSP by 23 July 2026 at 10:45 AM. Tender opening will occur the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
