For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CPSP seeks branded merchandise supply (cufflinks, tie pins, gift boxes with institutional monogram) for official use and gifting.
This is a re-tender following failed bids in June 2026, suggesting either pricing misalignment or quality concerns in prior responses. Scale appears small-to-medium (institutional gifting volumes). Notable: extended deadline signals urgency to close; merchandise quality and monogram execution are likely critical evaluation factors. One-off procurement unless CPSP maintains recurring gifting programs.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered as reputable suppliers/manufacturers; no specific PEC, SECP, or NTN requirement explicitly stated, though typically Pakistani vendors require NTN and SECP registration for corporate entities. Capability to produce quality branded merchandise is stated requirement. No sectoral licensing mentioned.
