Rehabilitation and Upgrading of 3 MW Misgar Hydropower Plant by NPAK Energy

NPAK Energy Limited, the Employer, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of the Existing 3 MW Misgar Hydropower Plant in Hunza District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. This project has received funding from the European Union under the Central Asia Invest Programme for Upper and Lower Chitral Districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan, with the works intended to facilitate eligible payments under the associated Contract. The project scope encompasses the complete rehabilitation and upgrading of the hydropower facility to enhance its operational capacity and efficiency in the mountainous region of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Eligible bidders are invited to participate in this Single-Stage, One-Envelope sealed bidding procedure. Bidders must provide a Bid Security of PKR 6,360,000.00 with their submissions. A complete set of Bidding Documents is available to interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address specified or by email to the contact details provided by NPAK Energy Limited.

Bids must be delivered to the Kamal House, Karimabad Link Road, near F.G Boys High School, Aliabad Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan no later than 14:00 hours on 28 August 2026. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at 14:00 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders and their representatives who choose to attend.
