Supply and Fabrication of Equipment by Tehsil Municipal Administration Chitral

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Chitral is inviting sealed bids for the supply and fabrication of three categories of equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (Technical and Financial) in compliance with KPPRA Rules. The procurement encompasses Mini Tipper/Dumper vehicles with chassis provided by TMA, Hydraulic Tipping trolleys with gentile hooks and complete accessories, and front end loaders with back hoe and sun shed equipment. All items are to be delivered to the TMA Chitral office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The total quantity required is 2 numbers of each item, making this a significant equipment acquisition for municipal operations in the region.

Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers or manufacturers capable of meeting the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must accompany the application. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made payable to TMO TMA Chitral. All applicable taxes shall be deducted as per government rules, and bidders must quote delivery rates strictly according to the terms and conditions provided. Incomplete, conditional, or telegraphic bids will not be entertained.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal, and interested bidders must submit complete bids through the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPAD) system on or before 6th August 2026 at 12:00 PM sharp. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
