Description / Scope of Work
Khawaja Farid Social Security Hospital, Multan invites annual framework contract tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses nine categories of essential medical supplies and services with a total estimated value of approximately Rs. 54.2 million. Items include local purchase of medicines and panel pharmacy supplies (M-20), X-Ray films for CR systems, small medical appliances, laboratory chemicals and reagents on rental basis, blood bank items, dialysis disposables and chemicals, medical gases, stationery and printing items, and linen washing services. All procurement will be conducted from manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Each tender category requires submission of separate technical and financial proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security at three percent of estimated cost must be submitted in prescribed form along with an original Rs. 100 e-Stamp Paper declaring non-blacklisting status. A scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded with the technical proposal. Bids remain valid for ninety days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified in bidding documents.
Bidding documents, detailed specifications and scope of supply are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/, PESSI website, and PPRA Punjab website. All bids must be submitted by Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 10:00 AM with opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 AM.
