Description / Scope of Work
Public Sector Hospital, P.O. Box No. 1450, University Campus Peshawar invites sealed bids for the purchase of anti-cancer medicines, general medicines, and medical consumable items under PBM, Zakat, and other available funds. The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with a bid validity period of not less than one year. This tender notice (Reference No. 01-2026) is issued by the Principal Administrator and covers supplies required for hospital operations in Peshawar, KPK province.
Bidders must submit sealed and complete bids in accordance with all bidding document requirements and furnish earnest money of Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) as bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Senior Accounts Officer, IRNUM (FTN: 9015600-5). Bidding documents are available from the hospital office during office hours (09:00 AM to 01:30 PM, and Friday 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM) against a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000. Prospective bidders are expected to meet standard registration and compliance requirements for pharmaceutical and medical supply vendors.
Sealed bids must reach the office of the Principal Administrator on or before 29 September 2026 at 11:30 AM (Tuesday). Bid opening will take place on the same date at 12:00 PM in the presence of participating firms and companies.
