Supply of Lubricants, Stationery, Printing, Computer Items and Furniture by District Police Office Mianwali

The District Police Office Mianwali invites sealed bids through e-procurement for the supply of miscellaneous items during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers lubricants and mobile oil (estimated cost 18 million rupees), stationery items (6 million), printing stationery (4 million), computer stationery (4.5 million), other miscellaneous items (10 million), bed and boxes (2.5 million), tents and tarpals (5 million), plant and machinery items (20 million), and furniture and fixture items (10 million), totalling approximately 79.5 million rupees. The tender is conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using a single-stage, single-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended to date) and is managed through the e-procurement portal of the District Police Office Mianwali.

Eligibility is open to all suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers who are not under blacklisting by any Government department. Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each item category must be submitted in the form of a crossed demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. All bidders are required to submit their best and final prices, and no negotiations will be conducted after bid opening.

Bidding documents are available for download from the e-procurement platform and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded through the e-procurement portal before 12:00 PM on 28 July 2026. Bid opening will take place at 01:00 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the District Police Office Mianwali.
