Stationery and Computer Items Procurement by Ministry of Law and Justice

The Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad invites electronic bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of stationery items and computer stationery during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Two categories of items are being procured: stationery items and computer stationery items, as well as miscellaneous and other share items. The tender is open to all eligible bidders appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately in sealed covers. The bid documents, detailed terms, conditions and evaluation criteria are available on the PPRA E-Procurement System (ePADS) and can be downloaded from the official websites of PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and the Ministry (laws.molaw.gov.pk). All bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the tender opening process and meeting.

Interested parties must submit their electronic bids through the PPRA ePADS system, with original bid security and signed tender documents also submitted to the Ministry before the deadline. The original bids, technical and financial documents will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Ministry of Law and Justice, 3rd Floor, S-Block, Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad.
