Multiple Items Procurement by CTD Faisalabad Region Police Department

The Counter Terrorism Department CTD Faisalabad Region of the Punjab Police Department invites sealed bids on a framework basis for the procurement of multiple items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers ten heads of account with a total estimated value of approximately 21.2 million Pakistani rupees, including POL (3.0 million), stationery (2.0 million), printing (1.0 million), other store costs (1.5 million), computer stationery (1.5 million), miscellaneous items (2.0 million), Muharram duties (1.0 million), software (1.0 million), rental transport (8.0 million), and rental machinery (1.2 million). The procurement will be conducted on an item-wise basis with detailed specifications, quantities and estimated costs provided in the bidding documents. CTD Faisalabad is located in Faisalabad, Punjab, near Pul Dingru on the Sargodha Road.

Eligible bidders must be firms engaged in trading and registered with the Taxes Department for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated price in the form of certified deposit receipt, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order made in favour of the SSP/RO CTD Faisalabad. The bidding documents must be signed and complete, with no ambiguous, conditional or incomplete terms. All bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as prescribed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with separate technical and financial proposals. Late bids will be rejected, and offers from blacklisted firms or individuals will not be considered.

Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk for download and examination. All bids must be uploaded on PPRA or P.ePS portal on or before August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened first at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders at the Regional Complex CTD Faisalabad, near Pul Dingru Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. Financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened separately as announced. Interested bidders may obtain further information from SSP/RO CTD Faisalabad until August 4, 2026. The bid validity extends until the closure of the financial year on June 30, 2027.
