Auction of 4 Hoarding Board Sites in Model Town Lahore

The Cooperative Model Town Society Ltd, Lahore intends to auction sites of 4 number hoarding boards each having a size of 45 feet by 45 feet located in Model Town, Lahore. The tender encompasses two hoarding boards for a lease term of 3 years from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2029, and two hoarding boards for a lease term of 3 years from 1st November 2026 to 31st October 2029, with the option for renewal for another term by mutual consent of both parties. The auction will be conducted in open bidding format with financial bids to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Interested bidders must conduct site inspections by 15th July 2026.

Prospective bidders must deposit a Call Deposit of Rs. 150,000 in favor of The Cooperative Model Town Society Ltd, Lahore along with their bid form. The bid security amount in the form of CDR for unsuccessful bidders will be released, while that of the successful bidder will be retained and adjusted during the contract period. The successful bidder must deposit 10 percent of the highest bid amount as non-refundable security within the first monthly installment. No entity shall be allowed to participate without depositing CDR and obtaining a receipt of the bid form with particulars required by the Society. Bidders are required to possess NTN number in the firm's name and must provide complete company information including registration documents, audited accounts for the last 3 years, and at least 5 years of proven experience in the related field.

Bidders shall provide company name, complete address, email and telephone/mobile cell numbers on the bid form. Financial bids in separate sealed envelopes must be submitted at the Society Office in Model Town, Lahore at the venue and time specified in the advertisement notice. The tender notice has been published in newspapers and is also available on PPRA Punjab website. All queries can be clarified at the spot during the auction, and the decision of the Revenue Committee will be final with no objections entertained. The successful bidder will be handed over the site after 10 percent payment to the Society.
