Description / Scope of Work
The Division of Education, University of Education, Lahore invites sealed bids on a lot-wise basis for the auction of miscellaneous items available at its campus on College Road, Township, Lahore, Punjab. The auction comprises three lots: Lot 1 consists of machinery and equipment including AC outdoor and indoor units and miscellaneous items totalling 603 kilograms with an estimated value of 168,840 Pakistani rupees; Lot 2 comprises used answer sheets totalling 4,200 kilograms, thesis documents weighing 250 kilograms, and old issues of JREE weighing 373 kilograms with an estimated value of 232,420 Pakistani rupees; Lot 3 includes iron and aluminium totalling 422 kilograms, batteries with cables weighing 162 kilograms, and toner, tyres, vehicle items and electrical equipment totalling 1,014 kilograms with an estimated value of 94,110 Pakistani rupees. All items are offered on an as-is-where-is basis and will be auctioned lot-wise per kilogram.
Eligible bidders must be individuals, parties or firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and holding valid NTN certificates. Each bid must be accompanied by a pay order equivalent to the prescribed lot-wise security deposit: 8,442 Pakistani rupees for Lot 1, 11,621 Pakistani rupees for Lot 2, and 4,705 Pakistani rupees for Lot 3. All rates must be quoted exclusive of taxes. Bids must be duly signed by the bidder and submitted in accordance with general instructions. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules and auction policy.
Complete bid documents are available from the Accounts Office of the Division of Education during office hours (08:00 am to 04:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Sealed bids must reach the Accounts Office by hand or registered insured courier on or before 4 September 2026 at 10:30 am. Bids will be opened by the Auction Committee on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives.
