To participate in the bidding, the following documents must be attached to the tender form:
Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
Bank Statement for the years 2024–2026.
Valid Company Registration Certificate.
Valid Income Tax Certificate.
Valid Bank Certificate.
An affidavit declaring that the applicant is not a defaulter of the Model Town Society.
Experience: Proof of prior experience of at least Rs. 500,000 (Five Lakh) within the last 5 years in a similar nature of contract.
