Soil and Manure Supply by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of soil and manure to its main campus located on University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes six dumpers of Sweet Earth Soil (500 cubic feet per dumper, free from pebbles, Bhalu Mitt brand) and one truck of manure (350 cubic feet, KMC brand). The materials are required for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. This Request for Quotation (RFQ-003884) was issued on 15 July 2026 with a submission deadline of 17 July 2026 at 4:00 PM. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject quotations, modify quantities, or split orders among multiple suppliers based on responsiveness and lowest rates.

Quotations must comply with IBA's specification requirements, and all materials are subject to final inspection upon delivery. Bidders must be aware that liquidated damages will be imposed at the rate of 2% per month on actual for delayed deliveries. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoices and delivery of materials. Advance payments are subject to bank guarantee provision.
