The Semen Production Department, Punjab invites sealed quotations for the procurement of specialized laboratory and production equipment required for semen processing operations in Punjab province. The tender covers supply of one fully automatic straw filling, sealing and printing machine with barcode capability and one CASA computer assisted semen analyser unit. These items are essential for modernizing the department's semen collection, processing and quality analysis infrastructure. Bidders must be registered vendors with relevant experience in supplying medical and laboratory equipment to government institutions. A bid security deposit of 2 percent of the quoted value is mandatory, payable through a bank draft (CDR) in favor of the Semen Production Department. The security deposit must be submitted along with the technical and financial bid. Bids not accompanied by the required security or from unqualified bidders will be rejected summarily. Sealed quotations must be received by 10:00 AM on the specified closing date as mentioned in the tender notice. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:25 AM in the presence of bidders and authorized department officials.
