Electric Cable Supply by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), a major utility company in Pakistan, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of electric cables under single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender covers supply of four types of electric cables: 9,000 metres of 1 core 6.0mm² PVC insulated copper conductor cables at 250V, 7,000 metres of cathodic protection material cables with 1 core 16mm² stranded copper conductor in 90m coils, 3,500 metres of cathodic protection material cables with 1 core 35mm² stranded copper conductor, and 1,000 metres of DC cables of 10mm² specification. The total requirement is 20,500 metres of various electrical cables for use in SSGC's operations in Sindh province. Delivery period is 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order.

Suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to be eligible for participation. A fixed earnest money/bid bond of PKR 228,000 is required from all bidders. Bidders submitting alternate bids must provide separate bid security for each bid. All quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and shall be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts except General Sales Tax (GST), which will be applicable as per GST Act. Quoted prices must be provided on the official bid form only, and any bidder who modifies the Bill of Quantities or Price Schedule will face rejection of their bid. All offers remain valid for 120 days from bid opening date, with bid security valid for 150 days.

Tender documents must be purchased from the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office Complex, CRD Building Ground Floor, Karachi 75300, and the original token slip issued at purchase must be attached to the sealed envelope as proof of document purchase. Sealed quotations must be submitted at the Tender Room, CRD Building Ground Floor, SSGC Head office complex Karachi by 31-07-2026 at 1000 hours, with bid opening on the same date at 1030 hours.
