For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Salvage auction of military unserviceable inventory—vehicles (Toyota, Mitsubishi, JMC trucks ranging 2.5–20 ton), metals (iron, steel, aluminum scrap), computer/medical/engineering waste, and components (engines, tyres, batteries).
Scale is substantial (multi-category lot), suggesting bulk-oriented buyers or scrap traders. Auction compressed into two days (17–18 Aug 2026) with inspection only on 17th morning—minimal due diligence window. FBR tax clearance pre-lifting is non-negotiable; expect compliance friction. One-off liquidation event, not recurring.
Who can bid: Pakistani nationals with valid NADRA CNIC (original + three photocopies required at inspection). NTN registration mandatory. No PEC category stated (not construction). Typically, bidders must be individually identified, tax-registered, and able to demonstrate FBR compliance. Competent authority discretion on bid rejection is absolute.
