For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
DHQ Narowal is establishing a framework contract for lab consumables and equipment (chemicals, reagents, test kits, insulin, apparatus) for FY 2026-27.
Budget of ~Rs. 93 million indicates medium-scale recurring healthcare procurement. Two-stage eProcurement process suggests quality emphasis beyond price. Tight 7-month delivery window from award and 180-day bid validity imply steady demand. Eligible vendors should assess whether they can supply diverse lab categories or specialize in one; framework contracts typically require capacity to fulfill multiple call-offs.
Who can bid: Registered firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers, and general suppliers eligible. Must be registered with tax and revenue authorities (NTN/FBR typically required). No specific PEC category mandated for non-construction. Government institutional procurement; typically requires SECP registration if company structure applies. Vendor prequalification likely assessed in stage one.
