Laundry Services for Hospital Linen Washing by Social Security Hospital Islamabad

Social Security Hospital, Islamabad invites sealed bids through E-Procurement for the provision of laundry services for washing of hospital linen for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is for comprehensive laundry and linen management services with an estimated contract value of Rs. 1,800,000 (Pakistani Rupees). The contract period extends until 30 June 2026 following issuance of the award list. The hospital is located at I-12, IJP Road, Islamabad in Punjab province and seeks qualified service providers to handle the complete washing, processing and management of hospital linen throughout the contract period.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, holding active Sales Tax, Income Tax and PRA registration. Suppliers must have established technical, financial and managerial credentials and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI. Bidders are required to submit an E-Bid Security equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated price in the prescribed e-procurement system format. The E-Stamp Paper constituting the bid security must reach the hospital office before the submission deadline.
