For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Annual framework supply of dialysis consumables and disposables for a teaching hospital—PKR 79.76M indicates medium-scale recurring procurement.

Hospital's year-round dependency means consistent offtake if awarded, but suppliers must maintain stock availability across FY 2026-27. Competitive tender via e-procurement suggests multiple bidders; technical specs in tender document will define product-level compliance tightly. Registration and NTN requirements filter informal operators.

Who can bid: Registered pharmacies or authorized medical suppliers required; must hold valid Sales Tax registration and NTN (Income Tax). Typically, SECP registration (if entity is company/partnership) also expected. Prior experience supplying dialysis/disposables must be documented. No PEC category mentioned (non-construction).
