For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Procurement of CSSD and laundry supplies for a cantonment board healthcare facility represents a medium-scale recurring requirement.
The tight submission timeline (late August to early September 2026) demands immediate registration on EPADS and document review. Bidders should verify specific item quantities and technical specifications in the detailed lot schedules. Single-stage two-envelope selection favours competitive pricing; bid securing declaration is accepted alongside call deposits, reducing financial barriers for qualified suppliers.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not explicitly state PEC category, business registration, or NTN requirements; typically, suppliers of medical and laundry goods must hold valid business registration, NTN, and relevant quality certifications or permits from health authorities.
