Description / Scope of Work
MC Okara, under the Local Government & Community Development department of the Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for providing and fixing of fence and other works at Distributary Canal 1/4L near Food Street in Okara. This construction project involves the supply and installation of fencing materials along the specified distributary canal section, with work scope, specifications and quantities detailed in the bill of quantities section of the bidding documents. The project is being executed as part of local infrastructure development initiatives in Okara, Punjab province.
Bidders must be eligible contractors registered with the relevant authorities and capable of executing civil works projects. Bid security is mandatory and must accompany the financial bid submission. Only responsive bids meeting all technical and financial requirements will be considered for evaluation. Bidders are required to submit all mandatory documentation including company registration certificates, tax certificates, experience certificates, and equipment lists as specified in the instructions to bidders section.
Bidding documents are available from MC Okara office during official working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted in single stage single envelope format before the specified deadline, with bid opening conducted at the office of MC Okara. Award of contract will be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder, subject to employer's right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Act 2009 and Public Procurement Rules 2014 guidelines.
