For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Four used vehicles (Honda City 2006, Suzuki APV Van 2009, two Suzuki Cultus 2011) being auctioned as-is-where-is by ENAR Petrotech.
This is a straightforward asset liquidation, not procurement of services or new goods. Scale is small (four vehicles). Tight inspection window (July 29-30) before July 31 closure suggests expedited process. One-off auction unlikely to recur unless company regularly disposes fleet assets.
Who can bid: Notice does not state eligibility criteria, PEC category, or registration requirements. Typically, Pakistani bidders must hold valid NTN, be registered with SECP (if corporate) or FBR (if individual), and provide valid CNIC/passport. No restrictions on nationality mentioned; verify directly with issuing authority.
