Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Taxation Department (Active Taxpayers) for the purchase of furniture for the OGDLC Office at the Takatu Campus in Balochistan. This single-stage tender follows a two-employees bidding procedure and is open to all eligible suppliers and vendors meeting the university's procurement requirements. Interested bidders must obtain tender documents from the Deputy Director Procurement upon payment of Rs 1,500 (non-refundable) in the form of Bank Challan on the company's name or P.O or D.D in favor of the Director Procurement at BUITEMS. Hard copies of tender documents are available, with additional soft copies accessible through the PPRA website and BUITEMS official website at www.buitems.edu.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted by the due date at the Directorate of Procurement, BUITEMS Airport Road, Balochistan, and must be supported by earnest money at 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of C.D, R.D, or D/P of a banker's cheque in favor of the Director Procurement BUITEMS. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 03:00 PM, following the submission deadline. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the tender title. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with relevant PPRA rules and regulations.
