Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Cantonment Board invites bids for the hiring of one 250 horsepower crawler dozer on a monthly rental basis to support municipal solid waste dumping and disposal operations at the Lakhodair Dumpsite in Lahore Cantonment, Punjab. This non-consultancy service procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible contract payments. The equipment will be utilised for waste management operations at the designated dumpsite location within Lahore Cantonment area.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform to participate in this single-stage, one-envelope open competitive bidding process conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to meet all eligibility criteria and comply with procurement regulations and instructions issued by the authority.

Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions are not permitted.
