Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Cutlery and Small Tools Industries Service Centre at Wazirabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids from qualified firms, companies, and contractors for the repairing of miscellaneous machines along with allied accessories. The tender comprises five packages with a total estimated cost of PKR 4,190,000, including an Electric Furnace, Horizontal Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine, Arc Coating Machine, Frictional Spindle Press with Lathe Machine, Shearing Machine and Polishing Unit, and CNC Vertical and Turning Centers. Work is to be executed at the CSTISC Wazirabad premises in the Punjab province. All machinery requiring repair may be inspected during office hours before submission of bids.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Tax Department for Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax. A bid security (earnest money) equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Deposit, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of TEVTA CSTISC-WZD Non-Salary. Bids not accompanied by earnest money shall be rejected without appeal. The validity of repair offers must be for 90 days from the date of bid opening. All replacement parts must be genuine and new, with old or replaced parts remaining the property of CSTISC Wazirabad.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System (ePADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 22 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM. Bidders may quote for any one package or multiple packages as deemed appropriate. The successful bidder must complete all repair work within 90 days of contract award, with a daily penalty of 0.05 percent applied for delays.
