Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), operating under the Supply Chain Management Directorate in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding valid NTN Certificates for the maintenance of a Alexion-16 Slice CT Scan Machine on a preventive maintenance (PPM) basis. This is a yearly maintenance contract involving one unit, with the maintenance schedule to be followed as per the original equipment manufacturer's guidelines. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) rules, with the tender reference MS/IT-7962/26-27/Hosp/FOR-B/SCMD dated 14 July 2026.
Bidders must possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Eligible firms should provide photocopy of HIT registration or pre-qualification letter, government registration proof, audited financial statements for the last three years, attested bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link documentation from the OEM (if distributor or agent), a judicial certificate on Rs 100 stamp confirming the firm is not blacklisted or defaulter, and details of relevant government contracts completed in the last three years. A bid security postal order of Rs 2000 must accompany the technical bid.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila, by 12 August 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1100 hours.
