HIT seeks a yearly preventive maintenance contract for a single Alexion-16 CT scanner under OEM guidelines.
This is recurring specialized medical equipment servicing—not a one-off repair. Scale is small (one unit) but strategically important to a defence PSU; winning demonstrates OEM partnership capability and opens doors to similar contracts across military/govt healthcare. Tight deadline (closes 12 Aug 2026) requires immediate documentation assembly. Bidders must prove OEM authorization; unauthorized service providers will be rejected.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. OEM trade link documentation (if distributor/agent) is mandatory—this is the critical filter. HIT registration or pre-qualification letter, government registration proof, audited financials (3 years), attested bank statements, CEO CNIC, and a judicial certificate (Rs 100 stamp) confirming no blacklist/default status required. Typically, only authorized OEM representatives or certified service partners qualify.
