Procurement of Tools, Chemicals, Plotter and Lab Management System for ARDIC Labs

Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantonment, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized equipment and materials for the Armored Research and Development and Innovation Complex (ARDIC) laboratories. This tender comprises four separate invitation tenders: Procurement of Tools and Accessories for ARDIC Labs (IT-7531), Procurement of Chemicals for ARDIC Labs (IT-7532), Procurement of Large Format Plotter (IT-7533), and Procurement of Lab Management System for Armored Ballistic and Blast Testing Facility (IT-7534). The tender is issued on a Free on Rail (FOR) basis under a single stage two envelope bidding process, with bid documents available detailing complete technical specifications and requirements for each item category.

Participating firms must possess relevant technical capacity, valid business registration, and appropriate certifications for their respective product categories. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of earnest money as specified in the bid data sheet. All proposals must include separate technical and commercial envelopes within a single sealed bid package. Firms must submit a certificate of eligibility, signed non-disclosure agreement, and declaration of conflict of interest along with their bids. Bank guarantees for advance payment and performance warranty will be required from the successful bidder as per the contract terms.
