Sulphuric Acid 96-98% Pure (30 MT) Supply by Wah Brass Mill

Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and provide a Sales Tax Invoice along with a Professional Tax Clearance Certificate to be eligible. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 by Pay Order with the technical offer, along with bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Pay Order from a scheduled bank. State-owned organizations are exempt from bid money requirements. The technical offer must include detailed specifications, literature, brochures, validity date, delivery schedule, and a signed undertaking, strictly without any price information. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee at 10% of the contract value prior to contract placement.

Sealed quotations must reach POF Bids Centre (Room No. 02, Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt, Post Code 47040) via air mail or courier before 1100 hours on 16-09-2026 (Wednesday). Hand-delivered bids must arrive 30 minutes before the tender opening at 1130 hours the same day. Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the opening date and should be based on free delivery at the specified location. Payment terms are 100% upon receipt and acceptance of stores at Wah Brass Mill; partial supply and partial payment are permitted. Inspection will be conducted by the Quality Control department at WBM premises, with rejected stores to be replaced at the supplier's expense.
