Single-unit procurement of specialized operating room ceiling light (double dome) for HIT's medical facility.
Modest scale but technical specificity suggests medical-grade equipment; supplier must demonstrate OEM authorization or distribution rights. Two-month delivery post-award is standard. Preference for prior government contract experience signals HIT values proven reliability over newcomers. Registration and financial documentation burden is moderate; the 2000 PKR earnest money is nominal, indicating this is not a high-value contract but quality-critical.
Who can bid: Must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration; HIT registration mandatory. Audit reports (3 years) and bank statements (1 year) required. Distributors/agents need OEM authorization proof. No blacklist clearance mandatory. Prior government/semi-government contract experience preferred but not stated as disqualifying. Typically, bidders must be legally constituted entities registered with SECP or relevant authority.
