The Pakistan High Commission in Kigali, Rwanda invites expressions of interest and bids from qualified healthcare providers and hospitals for the provision of Authorized Medical Attendant (AMA) services to officers, officials, and their family members. The procurement reference is Admn-1/5/2021-(AMA). The High Commission, located in Nyarutarama, Kigali, seeks a comprehensive healthcare partner capable of delivering medical services including consultations, emergency treatment, hospitalization, laboratory diagnostics, specialist consultations, pharmacy services, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare on a corporate billing basis.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered and licensed by local Rwandan government authorities to operate healthcare facilities. Applicants must possess adequate medical facilities, qualified healthcare professionals, and verifiable experience serving corporate and diplomatic clients. Bidders must offer 24/7 emergency medical services or documented arrangements, provide itemized billing with proper medical records, demonstrate financial and operational capability, and hold a valid National Tax Number or Tax Registration Certificate. Institutions will be evaluated on quality and range of medical services, availability of specialist and emergency services, institutional experience and reputation, and cost-effectiveness of proposed rates.
Bid documents were published on the PPRA website on 16th July 2026. Interested healthcare providers must submit a single-stage one-envelope proposal by 3rd August 2026 at 14:00 local time. Public bid opening will occur on the same date at 15:00.
