Four-contract bundle totalling Rs. 26.5M for annual O&M of electrical/mechanical systems across three Swat subdivisions plus solar retrofit of one scheme.
Contracts span full year 2026-27 with recurring annual nature—implies potential for repeat tendering. Notable: mandatory local workshop establishment within 7 days post-award and 2-day repair turnaround commitment suggest government expects embedded service capacity, not fly-in operators. Solar component restricted to pre-qualified firms only, narrowing that contract's competition. Combined scale indicates established contractor with multi-discipline capability and working capital to sustain operations before payments.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory with codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, or EE-11 (Solar). Must be registered with KP Revenue Authority and hold active Electric Inspectorate Certificate. Proof of standby pumping machinery and transformer inventory required. Solar contract (Serial 04) limited to pre-qualified bidders only. Typically, active NTN and SECP registration also expected.
