For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a low-value, recurring annual framework contract (Rs. 3 million) for hospital transportation services, likely covering ambulance, patient transfer, or logistics support across multiple service lots. Small local transport operators or vehicle rental firms in Okara are realistic bidders rather than large logistics companies. The requirement for original Bank of Punjab CDR submission physically, alongside online E-PADS bidding, creates a dual-compliance risk bidders must manage carefully to avoid disqualification on a technicality.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, hold valid NTN, and possess sound financial standing. No PEC or construction-specific licensing is mentioned since this is a transportation services contract; typically, vehicle ownership/rental capacity and transport registration would also be expected though not explicitly stated.
