For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a small-value, narrowly scoped spare parts procurement for elevator maintenance rather than a large infrastructure contract, likely attracting specialized OTIS-authorized dealers or elevator parts suppliers rather than general contractors. The single-stage one-envelope least-cost method suggests price will be the deciding factor once technical compliance is met. Suppliers should confirm exact part specifications match OEM requirements before bidding, as mismatched or non-genuine parts could lead to rejection during technical evaluation.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify detailed eligibility criteria beyond EPADS v2.0 registration. Typically, bidders for elevator parts supply would need NTN/GST registration, SECP or business registration documents, and possibly an authorization letter from OTIS or an equivalent OEM certifying genuine parts supply capability.
