For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CDA is procuring preventive maintenance services for a hospital oxygen generation plant—essential medical infrastructure requiring specialized technical expertise. The contract is rate-running (recurring), suggesting multi-year commitment with predictable monthly or quarterly billing. Bidders must be EPADS-registered and equipped to service industrial oxygen generation equipment to hospital-grade reliability standards. The August 4, 2026 deadline is relatively tight; only qualified, registered firms should pursue. This is a specialized niche with moderate competition, favoring contractors with documented experience in medical gas plant maintenance and hospital compliance certifications.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or NTN/SECP registration requirements, but typically for non-consultancy maintenance services of this scale in Pakistan, bidders are expected to be formally registered with the relevant provincial economic coordination authority and hold valid tax registration (NTN). Technical qualifications in oxygen plant maintenance and relevant certifications are likely required.
