Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Kot Radha Kishan in District Kasur, Punjab is inviting interested eligible bidders to participate in a public auction for the disposal of parking stand and canteen services for the financial year 2026-27. The parking stand service carries a reserve price of PKR 30,000 per month with a bid security of PKR 100,000, while the canteen service has a reserve price of PKR 10,000 per month with a bid security of PKR 50,000. Both auctions will be conducted on 04 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent. Applicable taxes include PST at 5 percent and income tax at 10 percent for both services. The contract duration runs from the date of award until 30 June 2027, with an option for the hospital administration to extend for up to three additional months on identical terms with a 10 percent increment in the contract amount.
Bidders must be eligible firms possessing valid NTN certificates and CNIC copies. A Collection Right Certificate is mandatory for participation. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan; cash is not acceptable. All prospective bidders are required to obtain bidding documents from the Medical Superintendent's office, with documents available until 04 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Letters of interest accompanied by bid security and documentary evidence must reach the hospital office on or before 11:00 AM on the auction date.
The successful bidder for parking services must provide free parking to all hospital staff and manage the parking yard with dedicated personnel. Annual taxes for the full year must be submitted in advance, and the successful bidder is obliged to deposit 30 percent of the yearly contract amount before commencement of services. Should the auction be postponed due to local holidays or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled for the next working day.
