Secondary Internet Link Deployment and Connectivity Services by NDRMF

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is procuring Secondary Internet Link Deployment and Connectivity Services under reference P64445 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This non-consultancy services contract involves the deployment and provision of secondary internet connectivity infrastructure to support NDRMF's disaster risk management operations across Pakistan. The procurement is being conducted on a national scale through open competitive bidding, with eligible service providers invited to submit proposals for this critical telecommunications infrastructure project. The contract scope encompasses all technical design, deployment, installation, testing and ongoing connectivity management required to establish a redundant internet link system ensuring reliable communications for the organization's emergency response and disaster management functions.

Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
