Public Auction of Toyota Hiace Vehicles by National Centre for Physics

The National Centre for Physics, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the public auction of two Toyota Hiace vehicles on an as-is, where-is basis. The auction comprises one 2002 model Toyota Hiace and one 2003 model Toyota Hiace. Vehicles may be inspected during office hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the National Centre for Physics premises in Islamabad from 27 July 2026 through 31 July 2026. The auction will be conducted through open bidding on 10 August 2026 at 11:00 am at the NCP office. Reference number NCP/Admin/Auction/26-01.

All prospective bidders must possess a valid CNIC. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the bid value in cash upfront on the same day into the NCP account and must collect the vehicles within seven days of depositing the remaining 75 percent of the bid value. If the remaining amount is not deposited within the stipulated timeframe, the bid shall be cancelled and the 25 percent deposit forfeited. Cheque and bank draft payments are not accepted. Government taxes will be charged as prescribed, with 10 percent filer and 20 percent non-filer advance income tax applicable; any changes in tax rates by the Federal Board of Revenue will require bidders to deposit additional amounts accordingly.
