DHA Karachi invites open auction bids for the demolition and auction of the NBP Old Building situated at Plot No 15-A Korangi Road, Phase-1, DHA Karachi. The project will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis under the rules and regulations established by DHA Karachi. This tender represents an opportunity for qualified contractors and demolition specialists to bid on a significant heritage building demolition and material recovery project within the planned development area of Karachi, Sindh. The successful bidder will assume full responsibility for the safe demolition of the structure and disposal or recovery of materials as per DHA guidelines.
Prospective bidders are required to meet standard eligibility criteria and must be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities. The successful bidder will be required to pay an advance of 25 percent of the total bid amount including applicable taxes on the day of bidding. The remaining balance including taxes must be deposited within seven days after the bidding process is concluded. Building inspection is scheduled for 21 August 2026 (Friday) from 1000 to 1300 hours at the project site.
