Pakistan High Commission London is seeking comprehensive structured cabling and network infrastructure installation across Buildings 35-36, Building 34, and the Marquee Area in London. The scope of work encompasses installation of Category 6 (Cat 6) UTP cabling to support Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, with dual-port RJ45 network outlets installed throughout designated floors and office locations. The project covers the Chancery Hall, basement, ground, first, second, third, and fourth floors across multiple buildings, with a total requirement for approximately 330 network connection points and 20 Wi-Fi Access Points. The installation shall follow a distributed hierarchical network architecture with 24-port and 48-port managed network switches appropriately sized for each building and floor to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure suitable for diplomatic and operational environments.
All cabling must be tested and certified using calibrated cable certification testers with comprehensive test reports provided upon completion. The infrastructure requires complete labelling of all cables, patch panels, outlets, and network cabinets in accordance with international structured cabling standards. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in enterprise-grade network infrastructure installation, possession of appropriate certifications in structured cabling systems, and ability to handle both copper and fibre optic backbone installations.
