Third Party Inspection and Testing of Lifting and Measuring Tools by SSGC

SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the provision of non-consultancy services related to third party inspection and testing of lifting and measuring tools. This is a service agreement contract with reference P67040, funded through FY 2026-27 budget allocations. The scope encompasses professional third-party inspection and testing services for lifting equipment and measuring instruments used across SSGC operations in Sindh province, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and eligible to provide specialized technical inspection and testing services for industrial lifting and measuring equipment.

Eligibility requirements include active registration on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and possession of relevant technical credentials and capacity to perform third-party inspection and testing services. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or signed bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. The procurement follows Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
