Karakoram International University (KIU), a public sector university established in 2002 and located in Gilgit-Baltistan, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from well reputed Chartered Accountant Firms to audit its accounts for the financial year 2025-26. The audit will be conducted in accordance with Chapter VI Section 30 sub-section 6 of the University Order 2008. This is a professional services procurement for external financial audit of university accounts, essential for maintaining governance and regulatory compliance in Gilgit-Baltistan's higher education sector.
Interested firms must be well-established Chartered Accountant firms with demonstrated expertise in university or public sector audits. Bidders are required to submit their complete firm profile, relevant credentials, experience details, and a formal Letter of Interest to demonstrate their capability and interest in providing these audit services.
Firms must submit their complete profile and Letter of Interest to the Treasurer KIU latest by August 10, 2026. Shortlisted firms will be invited for presentation and further negotiations based on their submissions.
