Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement of an Endpoint Security Solution (ICT) under tender reference VU/26-27/07/891. Bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents and must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0 along with one hard copy of the sealed bid submitted physically to the Procurement Department. The original bid security and tender fee must accompany the hard copy submission. Bids lacking prescribed bid security or tender fee will be rejected, and bid submission and opening schedules must be strictly observed.
Tender documents must reach the Procurement Department, Directorate of Finance, Virtual University of Pakistan, Sir Syed Memorial Society Building, 19-Ataturk Avenue, G-5/1, Islamabad, no later than 02:00 pm on August 13, 2026; late tenders will not be entertained. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:30 pm on the same date in the Procurement Department office in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Financial proposals of technically non-qualified bidders will be returned unopened.
